Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. After that date, they can no longer be redeemed.
The voucher contributes towards the booking value. The final group size depends on the mission selected and the number of tickets booked when redeemed.
Yes. If the chosen experience costs more than the voucher amount, the difference can be paid at the time of booking.
Vouchers can be used as partial redemption, meaning any remaining balance can be used at a later date (before original expiry).
Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. This does not affect the flexibility offered on eligible bookings made using the voucher.
